Govt Announced Now Non filer can buy property above 50 Lacs
Dc Rates and FBR rate will be increased very close to market value OR 80% of Market Value
Capital Gain tax time period increased by 3 year to 10 year for plots ( if sale plot within 10 year thn have to pay tax as per rate of fbr)
